HEALTH PROTOCOL

Your safety and the protection of our staff is a priority, so all national guidelines are applied. Our staff is trained and we have chosen to systematize the nebulization of the housing between each occupation. Below you will find a summary of the sanitary approach in force:

  • Carrying out a nebulization (spraying/projecting a fine droplet of a virucidal product standardized to EN-14476) as a preamble to any cleaning operation.
  • Use of virucidal products (EN-14476 or diluted bleach 2.6%) on all household and control points, use of HACCP standard products for all surfaces likely to be in contact with food.
  • Additional spraying of standardised aerosol products on mattresses and textiles (sofa covers, bedspreads, curtains, etc.).
  • Follow-up of the specific procedure step by step, establishment of the traceability sheet. Traceability sheet left at the disposal of the customer.
  • Amplified control points: Door handles, light switches, faucets, remote controls, bedside lamps, hangers, and any other object that may have come in contact with the hand.

Our establishment has also been awarded the "Samoëns Hygiène & Safe" label . This charter is designed to enhance the value of accommodation providers who work to ensure health and safety, and promotes a common-sense, safety-oriented approach. We undertake to comply with a set of specifications defined by the Samoëns Tourist Office in agreement with the UNPLV*, and to include them in our sanitary protocol.
